Old River Winfree Founders Day
Saturday July 17th was a day of honor, fellowship,
and tradition. Wayne Anderson of the CRMM Mount Belvieu Chapter was joined
by the CRMM Arch Angels, the Azuza Street
Riders MM of Beaumont, Pastor Carl Vickery
of Calcary Tabernacle in Beaumont, and some
CMA friends to celebrate Old River Winfree
Founders Day.
The day started out at 7am with a parade
which benefit the Wounded Warrior Project
and the start of the 5K run.
Throughout the day there was a motorcycle
contest, dog show, pie auction, and plenty
of food to eat. With our very own Michael
Brown the auction pulled in over $2000 dollars
which benefited the Wounded Warrior Project.
We appreciate Wayne and New Beginnings
for their invitation to participate.
We were blessed to be part of this event.

Back 2 School Bash
Saturday, August 21 was a day of fellowship,
community spirit, and worship. The First
Assembly of God in Silsbee hosted it's
first B2S Bash and it was a great success!
God was good bringing over 200 visitors including
other church members from Silsbee, Fred,
Kountze, and Nederland. CRMM President Michael
Brown started the evening with the Word to
inspire the returning students and their
parents.
There were 100 packbacks filled with
school supplies given to students of
all ages and grades from kindergarten
to highschool. The children and parents
were also blessed with cotton candy, popcorn, hotdogs,
soda pops, and live music. Pastor Sidney Woods would like to thank the community of Silsbee
for coming out and spending time with us
at First Assembly of God.
We were definitely blessed by God this day
and give him all the glory!
Special thanks go out to the bands who provided
the Christian music for all to enjoy.
James Chambers and Michael Lee of Subject 2 Change were on hand to play a little Christian
rock music.
Also on hand with a Christian country twist
was Ricky Payne and Chad Burns of One Reason. There is just one reason to sing and play
this good and these two bands went
all out.
First Assembly of God and the Circuit Riders
greatly appreciate these bands for giving
there time for such a great cause.
